In the spring, honey bees often swarm as part of their natural reproductive process. You may notice a large cluster of bees seeming to drip from a fence post, tree limb, or other structure. It may look like a honey bee nest. But at this point, the colony is temporarily "standing-by" until scout bees can decide on a permanent home.
Do NOT spray the cluster with insect killer.
